1. Charges

1.1 Enjoy free home delivery when you spend HK$3,000 or more or purchase L.A. Baby / Baby Expert / Pali cot or Bebe Confort / Neonato / Baby Expert / Pali changing station with other products , which total amount over HK$1,500.

1.2 All other orders can be delivered for just HK$100.

2. Free Delivery Service is only available for location in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. For other locations, such as Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, there will be extra charge for delivery.

3. Delivery time slot: From 2pm to 10pm, our logistics department will arrange for you.

4. HK$30 per stair will be charged for those locations without lift.

Exchanged Service

1. We take pride in offering our customers the best quality. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase made, please come to our shop for exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase.

2. For the exchange items, please ensure they have not been used and packaging are kept intact.

Eugene Club Centre $100 or $500 Voucher

Terms & Conditions:

1. Voucher entitles the bearer to exchange for the equivalent amount of goods at Eugene Club Centre.

2. Voucher is valid only if endorsed with Eugene Club Centre's chop.

3. Voucher is valid for the purchase of regular price items only.

4. Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

5. Eugene group accepts the original copies of the voucher only.

6. Damaged or defaced voucher will not be accepted.

7. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or is non-refundable.

8. Voucher is not replaceable if lost.
